The HCSIS Services and Supports Directory is a tool for individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism (ID/A), their families, and circle of support to locate services and service providers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The directory can help you locate particular service providers or search for services and supports provided in an individual's community. This directory does not include information on all providers but only of those that have chosen to be listed in it. This directory also provides information about specific services funded by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) under the home and community-based waiver programs. Services and Supports Information

This directory reflects information entered by providers in your county. It does not necessarily reflect the availability of services in a given county. Please use this directory with your Supports Coordinator to find services and supports for yourself and/or your family member.

The buttons on the left side of your screen are found throughout the Services and Supports Directory. Click on these buttons with your mouse to navigate to one of five areas in the directory.

Home - The home button returns you to this page.
Counties - The counties button allows you to select where you live on a map of Pennsylvania. From there, you may search for services and supports near where you live.
Providers - The providers button allows you to view a searchable directory of all the individuals and agencies that ODP funds to provide ID/A services in Pennsylvania.
Services - The services button takes you to information about services and supports. From there, you may search for services and supports near where you live.
County Contacts - The contacts button leads you to contact information for ID/A professionals in your county.

A button labeled "Service Definitions" is found in the top right corner of every screen. This lists the available services and supports with specific description for each of them to help you choose the
right option.
