The training was conducted on 7/16/21 and then again on 8/17/ 22, which was one month past the annual due date. | Program specialists and direct service workers shall be trained annually by a fire safety expert in the training areas specified in subsection (a). | An excel spreadsheet was created on March 6, 2023 by the Chief Executive Officer. All WCS staff were listed on the spreadsheet, along with the dates of their last mandatory trainings and dates for when their next training should take place. This spreadsheet will be reviewed monthly at the WCS core team meeting and information will be shared with the Program Supervisor. The spreadsheet will be updated as staff complete all trainings. |
