The Program Specialist will complete a monthly home inspection and correct issues or submit a maintenance request for further assistance to the Facilities Manager.
The Risk Manager will inspect the home quarterly using the 6400 Physical Site Checklist. (See attachment labeled 6400 Physical Site Checklist)
The quarterly inspection report will be submitted to Compliance Department and the Executive Director. |
