Agency staff disposed of the trap at time of inspection. A disposable red plastic cup was found in a cabinet above the refrigerator, coated with red drink residue all around its interior, and was disposed of by agency staff at point of inspection. Another disposable red plastic cup was found uncovered, filled with ice whose light brown color indicated previous use, and was disposed of by staff at point of inspection.Clean and sanitary conditions shall be maintained in the home.
