6400.68(b) | During the 3/31/21 inspection, the water temperature in both the kitchen and bathroom sinks was 132°F. | Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. | It is important to the health and safety of the individual that the water in the home is not too hot. It is the responsibility of the house manager to ensure that the water in the house is not too hot nor too cold. The compliance manager will meet with the building manager to have the water temperature decreased to a compliant temperature to ensure that this doesn¿t happen again. All staff including the house manager will be re-trained on this code by 5/15/21. |

Although the house is vacant, the kit must be readily available at all times. It is the responsibility of the house manager to ensure that the kits are in the homes and all required items are in them. All house managers will be retrained on this regulation by 5/15/21 |
