The individual in this home struggles with overeating and will eat all food in the home within 1-2 days. To assist in preventing overeating and getting sick, staff complete the grocery shopping every 1-2 days. At the time of inspection staff members had the individual at a doctor¿s appointment and then went to the grocery store. The minimum temperature for hot water is 95°F.A home shall have hot and cold running water under pressure. At the time of inspection the hot water temperature was measured at 90.2F. Prior to inspection the resident had taken a long shower. It is the responsibility of the house manager to ensure that the water in the house is not too hot nor too cold. The compliance manager will meet with the building manager to have the water temperature increased a few degrees to ensure that this doesn¿t happen again.
