Immediately after the inspection, the thermostat for the water heater was lowered, and another water run in the bathroom was done ,and temperature was below 100F. Going forward, we will check the water temperature frequently to ensure that the water temperature doesn't exceed 120F before any individual is being placed in the apartment. This will be done by both staff and the administrator. We will continue to ensure that staff are conversant and are knowledgeable about the regulation what it entails regarding the health and safety of the individuals. 05/18/2020 Implemented
