6400.80(a)The outside walkway leading to the front porch of the home has a section, approximately 18 inches by 24 inches where there is not there is not cement, causing a possible tripping and falling hazard. Outside walkways shall be free from ice, snow, obstructions and other hazards. After the agency¿s exit meeting, The AHH OM went to the property to assess the walkway and provide photos to The AHH maintenance team.
