Quick Care Homes[Supervisor] adjusted the water hot water tank to reflect temperatures to not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit for hot water faucets, sinks, and tubs. Quick Care Homes staff [Program Director] contacted a contractor and installed a light on the front porch that is operable and also installed a solar light on the side exit of the home. At 11:24AM on 1/24/2024, the window in the staff office on the first floor of the home was broken and the shards of glass were piled at the bottom of the window pane. Quick Care Homes Program Director contacted a window company, and the living room and staff office windows were replaced (Shards of glass was removed).
