Quick Care Homes CFO contacted the landlord via email regarding the windows. During the interim the CFO make sure that all windows are locked, and the handle opening mechanism is removed to prevent the window from opening and will put in the DCW's possession. If the Landlord doesn't respond in a timely manner Quick Care Homes will contact a window company to get screens custom made for Individual #1 and #2's bedroom window. Quick Care Homes CFO contacted the Landlord via email regarding the door and Individual #2 bedroom window. During the interim Quick Care Homes CFO will apply screen repair tape along the left, right side, and bottom of the back storm door screen. Quick Care Home CFO will apply heavy duty tape across the entire bottom of Individual #2's window in order to prevent injury. If Landlord doesn't respond or repair window by March 5th, CFO will contact a company to replace the window.
