| On 12/6/2023 the CEO re-trained the Program Specialist on the incident management bulletin and when and how to report an incident. The CEO will monitor HCSIS quarterly for incident to ensure incident are filed and finalized in a timely manner. The Program Specialist will track all incidents on chart. This chart will be viewed by the CEO quarterly to ensure accuracy. |
