This home can accommodate a washer and dryer and as there is no written documents providing a reason in which this request would pose a safety risk to the individuals or anyone else, this appears to a rights violation as no justifiable reason exists why these individuals cannot have their home furnished with a washer and dryer as they would like.An individual has the right to furnish and decorate the individual's bedroom and the common areas of the home in accordance with § 6400.33 (relating to negotiation of choices).OLALUS administrator provides laundry money for the individuals to complete their laundry on a weekly basis.
