Hot water has been fixed and adjusted to 120°F. If water temperature exceeds 120°F or stops working, work order will be submitted to the property manager and repair will be completed within 24 hours. After every monthly fire drill, water temperature will be checked by Direct Support Staff to ensure Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers are operable and may not exceed 120°F. A first aid kit shall contain antiseptic, an assortment of adhesive bandages, sterile gauze pads, a thermometer, tweezers, tape, scissors and syrup of Ipecac, if an individual 4 years of age or younger, or an individual likely to ingest poisons, is served. Tweezers has been placed in the first aid kit at the site. OLALUS Sites coordinator has completed an inventory of all first aid kits to ensure that tweezers and all contents of the first aid kit accounted for kept .
