6400.68(b) | On 9/8/22, the water temperature at the bathtub in the bathroom off the main hallway measured 122.5 degrees Fahrenheit at 10:12am. | Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. | EIG recognizes the importance of this regulation and that the hot water temperature in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit. On 10/23/2022 EIG had a plumber install scald guards on the sinks of apartments 4403, 3408, and 2002 to ensure that the water cannot exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit. On 10/27/2022 EIG received an email from the Stonecliffe leasing company that the water heater was turned down to under 120 degrees Fahrenheit for apartments 4403, 3408, and 2002. [Documentation via email from Stonecliffe Leasing office that the hot water tank temperature has been lowered, dated 10/27/22, was received on 1/10/23 and reviewed 1/24/23.
