| 6500.121(c)(6) | The TB skin testing for Individual #1 was completed late- 8/19/21 & 9/21/23. | Tuberculin skin testing by Mantoux method with negative results every 2 years for individuals 1 year of age or older; or, if a tuberculin skin test is positive, an initial chest x-ray with results noted. | When PS reviewed the physical form at pick up, it was noticed that TB test was not completed at the physical appointment. Immediately upon noticing this, the TB test was scheduled at the first available appointment. LSP and PS were trained on this regulation and the POC.
