6400.68(b)	On 1/16/20 at 11:10AM, the hot water temperature measured at 124.1 degrees Fahrenheit at the bathtub of the bathroom near the bedrooms of the home.	Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F.	Quality Adult Care Services contracted American Drain Cleaners to install mixing valves on the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bathroom shower of all QACS Stonecliffe Apartments (1404, 1620, 3303, 3608, 3943, 4008 and 4902). The mixing valves have been adjusted to not allow the water temperature to exceed 110 degrees F. DCS Staff will be trained on proper water temperatures. If the water temperature were to exceed 120 degrees F staff were trained to adjust the water heater to an appropriate temperature.[Documentation of hot water temperature measurements for January and February submitted to the department showing hot water temperature has not exceeded 120°F.
