All work will be completed and verification will be submitted by 11/15/2018. [At least quarterly, a designated staff person trained in the physical site requirements of community homes shall complete onsite checks of all community homes to ensure living areas, recreation areas, dining areas, individual bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms are ventilated by at least one operable window or by mechanical ventilation.
