| 6400.68(b) | On 10/13/2022 at 12:08PM, the hot water temperature at the bathtub in the hallway bathroom measured 128.6F. | Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. | Property Management was contacted regarding the hot water temperature exceeding 120degrees. We explained to them the need to have it lowered for us to stay in compliance. Currently no participant resides in this site and we will work to get this matter resolved prior to having a participant move in. |
