6400.77(a)The home did not have a first aid kit. A home shall have a first aid kit. RMPC Compliance Officer Alice Taylor has purchased a first aid kit for Noah House. She outlined that all items necessary to be within the kit were in the kit. Those items being antiseptic, an assortment of adhesive bandages, sterile gauze pads, a thermometer, tweezers, tape, scissors. Moving forward it will be Alice Taylor as CO to ensure a first aid kit is in every home regardless if no participant resides in the home. The home must be move in ready. [At least monthly, the compliance officer or designee will complete an onsite check of the first aid kits and replenishment supplies to ensure first aid kits are present and stocked with all required items.
