| 6400.101 | There is a turn lock and a deadbolt locking mechanism on the basement side of the door in the basement leading to the garage; posing an obstructed egress from the garage, when engaged. There is not a swing door in the garage. At 10:17AM on 7/12/2023, there was a wooden dowel rod in the bottom track of the sliding glass door in the basement obstructing egress from the home. | Stairways, halls, doorways, passageways and exits from rooms and from the building shall be unobstructed.
| Both of these identified items were corrected onsite by OAHC management. The turn lock and deadbolt were reconfigured to ensure that there was no obstructed egress. The wooden dowel was removed from the site and disposed. |
