These have already been completed and will be updated as psychiatric medications change. Medical Compliance Specialist and Coordinator have been trained on doing this. The attached two appointments on 4/4/19 and one on 4/8/19 reflect that we are ensuring the section is completed and correct. [Upon completion of documentation by the licensed physician of medication reviews, a designated staff person trained in the requirements of 6400.163c, shall audit the documentation of reviews to ensure all required information is included and all individual are administered medications as prescribed and missing information shall be immediately obtained.
