6400.68(b)At 10:05 AM, the hot water tempature in the bathtub of the main bathroom measured 134 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. On 3/12/15, WRC submitted a Reasonable Accommodation and/or Modification Request Form to the Assistant Manager of the Carriage Park apartment complex; this form was then sent to their Corporate Office for approval. WRC is requesting to attach a regulator mixer to where the hot and cold water join to prevent the water temperature from exceeding 120 F. A copy of this request has been submitted for your review, along with a timeline that outlines WRC¿s efforts to address this issue 03/27/2015 Implemented
6400.82(f)Individual #1's bathroom did not have a trash receptacle.Each bathroom and toilet area that is used shall have a sink, wall mirror, soap, toilet paper, individual clean paper or cloth towels and trash receptacle.The trash receptacle typically kept in the bathroom was placed around the corner in the bedroom while the bathroom floor was being cleaned and was mistakenly not returned to the bathroom. This violation was corrected on site at the time of inspection. Staff will receive additional training from Program Specialist on the requirements outlined by regulation 6400.82(f) during the March 2015 Monthly Staff Meeting.
