6400.111(a)There was no fire extinguisher in the basement. The upstairs hallway fire extinguisher was under-pressured.There shall be at least one operable fire extinguisher with a minimum 2-A rating for each floor, including the basement and attic. The fire extinguisher for the basement, which was originally placed in the steps leading right into the basement, was moved into the basement on 03/08/2023. In addition, the fire equipment company came out and replaced the under-pressured upstairs hallway fire extinguisher on 03/22/2023. Please see attachment #s 3 & 4. 03/22/2023 Implemented
6400.186Individual 1 ISP indicates poisons are kept locked in the home. Antibacterial hand soap was found on the sink of the upstairs bathroom. Lysol wipes were found on the kitchen counter.The home shall implement the individual plan, including revisions.The antibacterial hand soap on the upstairs bathroom sink and Lysol wipes on the kitchen counter were immediately removed and locked in the poison cabinet in the basement on 03/08/2023.
