Lysol wipes were found on the kitchen counter. | The home shall implement the individual plan, including revisions. | The antibacterial hand soap on the upstairs bathroom sink and Lysol wipes on the kitchen counter were immediately removed and locked in the poison cabinet in the basement on 03/08/2023.
