6400.68(b) | The bathtub water temperature in this home was 156.7 degrees fahrenheit. | Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. | (Ch. 6400.68(b): On 3/2/2021, Halia Residential Manager adjusted the hot water in both the bathtub and kitchen areas to a permissible regulatory temperature level. Besides, the Direct Site Manager/maintenance person will recheck all water tanks in all residential sites and ensure compliance with ODP regulation. As of March 2021, Our COO established and put in place a more efficient system to monitor hot water temperature levels in our residential sites. On March 5, 2021, the Site manager re-in-serviced all staff to test and document water temperature daily. |
