Locking may be provided by a key, access card, keypad code or other entry mechanism accessible to the individual to permit the individual to lock and unlock the door. | The team had a meeting on 05/17/2021 and determined that due to health and safety risks and the lack of desire of the individuals to be in their rooms, the team does not feel that locking mechanisms would benefit the individuals at this time. This was added to their ISP. Will review quarterly. |
