6400.68(b) | The hot water temperature in the bathtub of bathroom #1 measured 124.1 degrees Fahrenheit at 9:23 AM. | Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. | As this is an apartment complex and the water temperature is controlled by the property manager, we will discuss the need to regulate the hot water temperature with the property manager and request that any possible modifications be made. We will also check to see if there are any anti-scald devices that could be attached to the water faucet. In the meantime, staff will check the water temperature prior to her use. [New water thermometer purchased. Water at this site has been turned down and now measures below 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
