According to Client Finance Reports from 12/1/21 to 7/31/22 Individual #5 was given amounts of money greater than they are assessed to have in their possession. On 12/17/21 $25.00 personal cash, 4/15/22 $38.86 personal cash, 6/21/22 $40 personal cash and 7/22 $20.68 personal cash. Each amount exceeds the amount that they are to manage at one time as outlined in their ISP. | The home shall implement the individual plan, including revisions. | Program specialist will review the individual assessment to ensure it is in line with individual's current needs.
