Individual #1's Scheduled appointment for pulmonologist on 2/2/22 indicated a follow up apt in one year. Next apt was not scheduled until 7/15/23. There was a five month gap in between appointments. | Health services, such as medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, dietary and psychological services that are planned or prescribed for the individual shall be arranged for or provided. | MM does require extensive cleaning and scaling for her teeth. In order to resolve missing the 3 month appointment as the dentenst may not have openings, This years appointments have been pre-scheduled.
