In the self-preservation section of this assessment, it reads " [Individual #1] is able to exit her residence in under 2.5 minutes. Her home is equipped with smoke detectors/fire alarms. She also has a system that shakes her bed if there were to be a fire emergency." The smoke detector that activates the bed shaker on Individual #1's bed is in Individual #1's bedroom and not interconnected with the other smoke detectors in the home. | Smoke detectors shall be located in common areas or hallways. | The smoke detector that activates the bed shaker was relocated on January 24, 2024 in a common area/hallway of the home. The smoke detector was tested three times for functionality with the bed shaker. All other smoke signaling devices in other homes were checked for functionality and were in good repair. |
