Individual #1 cannot regulate his/her own water temperature according to the ISP with an annual review update date of 11/3/14. | Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers that are accessible to individuals may not exceed 120°F. | Thermostat was turned down and PS confirmed that water temperature did not exceed 120 degrees. PS will do monthly checks for 6 months to confirm that water continues to remain regulated and not exceed 120 degrees. Expected to completed by June 30, 2015. A monthly Compliance review check will be completed in the future whenever there is a non-compliance issue. Program specialist will be trained on when and how to use the form in order to ensure that provider remain in compliance. |
