2. Residential appointment trackers were updated for all individuals which includes the dates of their previous appointments and when their next appointments are due. (Attachment 12)
3. The medical services director was re-trained on reviewing the residential appointment trackers to ensure that all appointments are scheduled within compliance on 8/27/19 by Courtney Gibat-Estock, PDS VP of Quality Management. (Attachment 11)
4. Validation- Residential appointment trackers were reviewed for each individual on 9/4/19 and 9/5/19 to ensure all necessary appointments were scheduled as recommended by their physicians. (Attachment 12) |
