Property resource department does monthly walk-throughs of all homes to look for maintenance concerns. All repairs are either done by Peaceful Living or depending on the lease reported to the property owner for repair.
The house supervisor/manager will be trained on the 6400 regulations with emphasis on the physical site section and how to report all concerns. |
