| 6400.66 | The Front Door Entrance and the Back Door entrance lights were not functional. | Rooms, hallways, interior stairways, outside steps, outside doorways, porches, ramps and fire escapes shall be lighted to assure safety and to avoid accidents.
| This was corrected during the inspection. The management and staff was instructed to keep lights functioning at al times and replace light bulbs as needed. |
