Fully Implemented PE 4-26-13 | The area at the end of the ramp will be smoothed out as soon as weather permits. In the meantime the area in question has been spray painted yellow to warn of possible hazard. Weekly safety checklists have been conducted and documented and work orders generated to correct any safety issue. Direct care staff will complete the checklist then turn it into House Supervisor for monitoring. House Supervisor will put in work orders to the maintenance department for follow up. House Supervisor will track work order to ensure work is completed. |
