Three staff persons were educated on Incident management, reporting and documenting medication errors on 12/5/19, 12/11/19 and 12/18/19. Within 30 days of receipt of the plan of correction, upon hire and continuing at least annually, the CEO or designee shall educate all staff person on their responsibilities to ensure incidents, alleged incidents and suspected incident are reported through the Department's information management system, timely.
