[At least quarterly, a designated staff person shall completed an onsite audit of all community homes to ensure living areas, recreation areas, dining areas, individual bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms are ventilated by at least one operable window or by mechanical ventilation. Documentation of the onsite visits to all community homes shall be kept. Within 30 days of receipt of the plan of correction, all staff persons shall be educated that living areas, recreation areas, dining areas, individual bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms shall be ventilated by at least one operable window or by mechanical ventilation and to monitor throughout the course of their daily duties and on the agency's procedures to follow if throughout the course of their daily duties a repair is needed to ensure mechanical ventilation and windows are operable to ensure ventilation as required.
