The landlord replaced the dryer vent cover on the outside of the home that day. [Within 30 days of receipt of the plan of correction, the CEO will develop and implement policies and practices to ensure floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces are in good repair to include at least on-site monitoring of homes at least monthly of management staff persons, necessary repair notifications and procedures to ensure completion.
