| 6400.67(a) | The stand alone freezer had a broken handle. The dresser in individual #1's bedroom was missing several knobs. The baseboard heating covers throughout the apartment were rusted and some were broken. The carpets throughout the home were dirty, stained and worn through in places. The dresser in individual #2's bedroom was missing knobs. The tub in individual #2's bathroom was stained with an orange substance consistent with iron or rust. | Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces shall be in good repair. | Correction: Freezer was replaced 2/15/17. ,Carpets were cleaned 2/24/17.,Baseboards painted 2/12/17.
Knobs replaced 2/12/17. The tub was cleaned several times by ATC.
