The providers will be reminded that all appointments must be completed as scheduled and should any conflicts arise, they are encouraged to reach out to their Family Living Specialists for support and assistance and that they should avoid cancelling or rescheduling appointments without first checking with their specialists who will assist in making sure that any rescheduled appointment occurs within the regulatory timeframe parameters. 03/23/2022 Implemented
