There were also several shiny, black splotches around the oven's lower interior surface that were consistent in appearance with burnt food grease or oil. The unclean state of the oven was such that it would contribute to an increased risk of fire occurrence and, consequently, constituted a hazard. Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces shall be free of hazards.Upon identification the lead staff cleaned the quarter size area in the interior of the oven. 6400.144Individual #2 has standing orders from the Individual's Primary Care Physician for Ibuprofen 200mg, take 2 tablets by mouth every hours as needed for pain; Dayquil Cold and Flu, take 2 LiquiCaps by mouth with water every 4 hours as needed for nasal congestion, cough, sore throat, minor aches and pain, fever or headache; NyQuil Cold and Flu, take 2 LiquiCaps by mouth every 4 hours as needed for cough, sore throat, minor aches and Pains, fever, runny nose and sneezing and headache; Cough Drops with Menthol, dissolve one drop slowly in mouth every 2 hours as needed for cough or sore throat; and Diphenhydramine HCL 25mg take 1 tablet by mouth every 4 to 6 hours as needed for allergy symptoms (sneezing, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, itchy throat. These medications are listed on the Medication Administration Records but are not available in the home.Health services, such as medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, dietary and psychological services that are planned or prescribed for the individual shall be arranged for or provided. Over the counter PRN orders for medications will not be entered onto the MAR until the need for the medication presents. Medication log was update for Individual #2.
