6400.144 | Individual #2 has standing orders from the Individual's Primary Care Physician for Ibuprofen 200mg, take 2 tablets by mouth every hours as needed for pain; Dayquil Cold and Flu, take 2 LiquiCaps by mouth with water every 4 hours as needed for nasal congestion, cough, sore throat, minor aches and pain, fever or headache; NyQuil Cold and Flu, take 2 LiquiCaps by mouth every 4 hours as needed for cough, sore throat, minor aches and Pains, fever, runny nose and sneezing and headache; Cough Drops with Menthol, dissolve one drop slowly in mouth every 2 hours as needed for cough or sore throat; and Diphenhydramine HCL 25mg take 1 tablet by mouth every 4 to 6 hours as needed for allergy symptoms (sneezing, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, itchy throat.
