They didn't have it again until 6/30/2016, which exceeds the annual requirement. | Family members and individuals, including children, shall be trained within 31 calendar days of an individual living in the home and retrained annually, in accordance with the training plan specified in subsection (a). | The Life Sharing Specialist will provide the Life Sharing Provider with the training DVD yearly. The provider family will sign a completed training form after viewing the video. Life Sharing Specialist will check the fire safety gook on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with this regulation.
