| 6400.144 | REPEAT-01/17/18- Individual # 1 is prescribed a PRN medication of Anti Diarrhea medication "take 4 teaspoonfuls after 1st Loose Bowel Movement and 2 Teaspoonfuls by mouth after each loose bowel movement thereafter···" The agency Nurse reported on 02/23/21 that the staff are not consistently tracking bowel movements for Individual # 1 to ensure that the Anti-Diarrhea medications are given as needed. | Health services, such as medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, dietary and psychological services that are planned or prescribed for the individual shall be arranged for or provided.
| Individual #1's staff were trained on bowel movement charting between 3.25.21 and 4.3.21 by Nurse/medical compliance specialist. A copy of his chart post licensing is being forwarded as attachment A. Training sheet is attachment B. |
