Individual #1 and #2 can not safely handle poisonous material. | Poisonous materials shall be kept locked or made inaccessible to individuals. | All soaps were removed from the home. Soft Soap or any soaps with a non-poisonous label have been purchased for all homes. Merakey Delaware county understands the essence of keeping poisonous substances out of reach of all consumers who's assessment and ISP clearly outline inability to identify and safely avoid poisonous substance. Residential managers shall complete residential safety monitoring to ensure the safety of all Individuals served. Staff #1 administered medication with an incomplete annual practicum. | A staff person who administers prescription medications and insulin injections to an individual shall complete and pass the Medications Administration Course Practicum annually. | All current, new employees "that administer medication now have complete medication administration training with annual practicums up to date" (inserted by Desmond Pessima on 6/18/18).
