| 6400.168(d) | Staff #1's 2016 medication administration annual practicum did not include Medication Administration Record Reviews. Staff #1 administered medication with an incomplete annual practicum. | A staff person who administers prescription medications and insulin injections to an individual shall complete and pass the Medications Administration Course Practicum annually. | All current, new employees "that administer medication now have complete medication administration training with annual practicums up to date" (inserted by Desmond Pessima on 6/18/18).
