| 6400.64(a) | Approximately one to two feet of the bottom lower half of the glass and screen doors on the back porch were dirty. There was dirt, spider webs, sticks and other debris on the doors and door tracks. | Clean and sanitary conditions shall be maintained in the home. | The Program Specialist has read and understands the regulation 64(a) in regards to a clean and sanitary home. The program specialist ensured that a work order was placed on 6/21/19 to power wash and properly clean both the entire deck and all doors as well as adding a thorough cleaning of all screens and door tracks to the weekly cleaning list for the home. The cleaning occurred on June 25, 2019. I, Melissa Martinez, as the program specialist will monitor that these important tasks get completed with the assistance of the house supervisor Tammy Galbreath, on a monthly basis. |
