| 6400.64(a) | Individual #1's shower had brown residue on casing around shower door. | Clean and sanitary conditions shall be maintained in the home. | The Program Specialist/Associate Director has read and understands the regulation 64 (a) in regards to whether the conditions in the home are clean and sanitary. The Program Specialist ensured that a work order was placed in order to correct the brown residue around the casing of the shower door. The maintenance department was able to correct this. I, Leo Marcantonis, as the Program Specialist will ensure that the home conditions are kept clean and sanitary by completing at least a monthly inspection. |
