| 6400.73(a) | The back entrance to home has three steps and no handrail. | Each ramp, and interior stairway and outside steps exceeding two steps shall have a well-secured handrail. | Railing has been installed per licensing recommendations. IFC did not install as the property did not have in excess of two physical outside steps, rather you had to take a third step into the home to gain entrance. The regulatory interpretation was clarified for future compliance when establishing or modifying a home with administrative staff on site by licensing representatives. Attachment 4 represents the completed work order and picture. |
