6400.67(b) | On 2/14/2024 at 11:21am, a puddle was observed on the basement floor under and next to the furnace. Individual #1 is ambulatory and has access to the basement so this puddle posed a slipping hazard to the staff and individuals residing in the home. The puddle measured approximately three feet long by three feet wide by one-half inch deep. | Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces shall be free of hazards. | On 2/20/2024, Touch Stone Solution's Maintenance Technician went to the home and cleaned the puddle of water by the furnace. There was no evidence of broken pipes near the furnace or additional water. The Executive Director conducted an audit of this area on 2/26/2024 (Attachment D). No Evidence of water was found during this audit (Attachment E). |
