| 6400.64(a) | The Back stairwell, going from the second floor to the first floor with a one door exit, contained dirty stairs and a dirty landing. They had dirt, cobwebs, and dead bugs. The exit door also was dirty with cobwebs and the windowsills were black. | Clean and sanitary conditions shall be maintained in the home. | Hope will clean the home to correct the immediate issue. Then they will complete weekly checks to assure compliance with this regulation. Management will then complete a monthly inspection to assure compliance. Both inspections will have a completed document that staff will sign off after each inspection. All staff will be trained on why this regulation is important and how it should be implemented. |
