| Hope will fix the immediate issue and replace the emergency phone numbers on the phone. Staff will verify once a week that emergency numbers are on the phone. Management will complete on site inspection monthly to verify compliance. Hope will create a sign off form so these inspection are documented. All staff will be trained on the importance and implementation of this regulation. |
