Based on the licensing review of November 29-30, 2016, On 12/1/16, the CLA Director sent a memo to the Nurse Manager responsible for this documentation, as well as all CLA nurses, reminding them of the importance of assuring that all physicals document medical information pertinent to a resident's diagnosis. The Nurse Manager will be responsible to assure that all physicals meet regulatory guidelines. |
